Dr. Megan Frassrand took the time to talk with me thoroughly about all of my concerns and questions about having a chipped tooth filled. She listened when I said something hurt, she took care in making sure I was comfortable with the result after she was done, and did a great job in general. All of the techs and assistants were very friendly and focused. My only issues were: I had a roughly 30-40 min wait time but I got there 8 mins late so it was probably on me and I don't dock them for it. There was back and fourth on whether of not my Cigna DHMO insurance could be taken, but we got it sorted out. So far, I see them as a good practice with your best interest in mind, and they have the will to make things right. Thank you!

Today, I went in for some serious work. Many extractions that were not only broken or hidden away under gums for SO long. I was treated like someone having a spa day, not major dental.
